130 Fraority
When I was initially setting up this blog I tried to get the address of 130linden.blogspot.com, but as at least matt has discovered, it was already taken by some greek folks that moved into our house after us. I just rechecked their blog and it hasn't been updated in over a year. I think that eminent domain should apply here and we, being able to make much better use of the name, should be able to claim the address. Lawyers, do I have a case?

I think we have to have a business for that to work, and also prove that they are deliberately holding the domain to thwart us by either 1. Holding out for an unreasonable amount of money for us to buy it or 2. Having absolutely no actual use for it themselves. I believe there have actually been a number of cases where small organizations have tried to "stick it to the man" by holding out for huge fortunes and then loosing in court, but I'm no lawyer.
